Yes, every SUTRA piece is 100% handcrafted by master artisans in Jaipur. Each creation is unique and may have slight variations — a hallmark of authentic handmade jewellery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via insured courier. Delivery times and charges vary by location.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Store your jewellery in a soft pouch away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

Can I get a custom piece made?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return.
